The ChargeIn station network is rapidly expanding across Poland, offering electric vehicle drivers convenient and fast charging. In this article, we explain how to properly use our stations, add a VAT number in the app, and download invoices for charging sessions.
How to start charging with ChargeIn
Starting a charging session in the ChargeIn network is simple and safe. Just follow these steps:
1. Open the app or tap your card on the terminal
First, open the ChargeIn Go app or tap your payment card on the station terminal. This authorizes the charging session and gives you full control over the process.
2. Connect the cable to your vehicle
After authorization, only then connect the cable or plug to your vehicle. This ensures the charging process is safe and works correctly.
3. End the charging session and disconnect the cable
After finishing the session in the app or on the terminal, you can safely disconnect the cable from your vehicle. Always finish the session first before unplugging.
How to add a VAT number in the ChargeIn Go app
If you need an invoice for your charging session, you can easily add a VAT number in the app:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Payment Methods
- Click on your payment card
- Enter your VAT number in the optional VAT section
Once saved, the invoice will automatically be available for each charging session.
Where to find invoices for charging
Invoices for each session can be found in the ChargeIn Go app:
- Open the "Charging History" tab
- Select the session you want
- Download the invoice as a PDF or send it by email
