Invoice in the ChargeIn Go App – Step by Step

How to get an invoice in the ChargeIn Go app
Adding your NIP in the ChargeIn Go app is the first step to ensure that every EV charging invoice is automatically issued with your company’s details. Simply follow these four steps:
1. Open your Profile in the app
Log in to ChargeIn Go and go to the Profile tab, where you manage your account.
2. Go to Settings
In the settings, you’ll find all options related to your account, payments, and invoices.
3. Select Payment Methods and click on your card
In this section, you can manage your payment cards and add the information needed to issue invoices.
4. Enter your NIP
In the “NIP (optional)” field, enter your company’s VAT number.
From this moment on, all invoices for electric vehicle charging will be automatically issued with your NIP.
How to download an invoice in ChargeIn Go
Downloading an invoice for a charging session in ChargeIn Go is fast and intuitive:
- Open the ChargeIn Go app.
- Tap Profile (icon in the bottom right corner).
- Select Charging History – here you’ll find all your sessions.
- For a selected session, you can download the invoice or send it to your email address.
This way, every EV charging invoice is always at your fingertips, giving you full control over your charging documentation.
